Could be better

Four Seasons could be better. They need to take guests more seriously. They are over protective of their line staff. They should be fair and transparent in promoting their employees.

Great place to work.

Great place to work. They realy take good care of their employees . I will recommend Four Seasons to all budding hotel employees who want to scale new heights in the hotel industry.

Same role

Perfect, but not for me.

I adore everything about Four Seasons, from the culture to the people. However, it is not what I am looking for.. Slowly, there was nothing else to learn which challenged me and I grew out of it. I need something less routined, more skills to learn, more challenging and fulfilling.

Same location

Stressful and fast paced

Very stressful and fast paced environment. Not recommended for those who unable to stand for a very long time especially when you're in banquet dept. Also management should listen to the feedback of the staff and act on it.
