Great people to work with, spoiled by poor management.

Staff were very good people to work with. Salary and benefits were very good, however I was replaced by a much cheaper staffing option. The work was demanding, but rewarding. Frequent overseas travel, with long days were quite disruptive to a good work/life balance. Management decisions were inconsistent and tended towards micro management. The offshore staff were a joy to work with, dedicated and very professional.

To ensure the vessel works effectively with zero downtime with our available resources . It has always been challenging and also fufilling to once our results are measured and also been paid off when we have our project completion on time and on schdeule. I Believe everything is possible and nothing is impossible in this world especially in our marine environment.
