Too many processes and no opportunity to promote
Senior Account Manager (Former Employee) - Mapletree Business City - January 17, 2023
Indeed featured review
The most useful review selected by IndeedToo many processes to follow causing added work. Outsourced processes to Accenture overseas and it was difficult to co-ordinate. Alot of unproductive administrative work needed to fill data for the upper management. Many for show only
Pros
Nice colleagues
Cons
Low pay

Good process flow. Many seniors to learn from and consult. Japanese culture. Quite conservative and not modern. Some office politics. The IT department is not nice to own staff.

Career Prospect
Sales Director (Former Employee) - Singapore - April 29, 2020
Overall has been a very exciting career journey for me. Given many opportunities to advance my career. Worked well with cross-department and able to win support from down-line, colleagues and co-workers.
Proactively participated in many other non-work related activities that enhanced bonding with other colleagues which helped to improve working relationship.
No regret joining this organization and would recommend to anyone who wish to build a promising career.

Bullying
Customer Service Engineer (Current Employee) - Singapore - January 24, 2020
Favouritism occurs in the company whereby some staffs move up the promotion ladder faster than older working staffs in the company.
Very stagnant and not a challenging jobscope.

Bad Manager.
Sales Assistant (Former Employee) - West Singapore - December 2, 2019
Cant be said. Too priavate to be published. But manager is biased, but the workers are good employees, no problems. Manager is rude, biased & unfair. The environment is squeezy too. Never want to work here anymore.

FUJIFILM is one of the best work environments I found .
Worked extensively on SAP Implementation/ rollout project to improve their SAP OTC functionality
Interacting with end-user and taking there inputs for any new requirement. Achieving the SLA’s(Service Level Agreements)
Should take care of High, Medium and Low Priority tickets without complaints, Configuration of new shipping points

It is a work place where the office never close.
Senior Manager (Former Employee) - Singapore - December 6, 2017
A typical day at work is to start on time and depending how many meetings to attend, may not leave home on time.
I have to get along with people as information are needed from them.
The management style is Japanese management culture and includes work place as well.
Hardest part of the job is not knowing how to do it and no help from others.
The most enjoyable part of the job is resolving issues and your counterparts sent a thank you note to you.
Pros
The benefits are rather generous.
Cons
Long hours including Login from home to read emails or doing some work.

ACCOUNT ASSISTANT (Former Employee) - Singapore - September 29, 2017
My time at Fuji Xerox has been one of best work experience ever in my entire working career. The management and my work allowed me to grow as I was given wide range of responsibilities in the accounts department. Co workers were pleasant and easy to work with who later became my life long friends even after I moved to the US.
Pros
Challenging and fun workplace
Cons

Boring and Restrictive Culture
Web Developer (Former Employee) - Singapore - May 26, 2016
The job scope is boring. The deadline is tight. The way of working is too convention and tradition. Too much restriction. No WiFi. No freedom.
