Future is a nice relaxed place to work, with a fun culture. Everyone is very friendly and welcoming. I am able to take ownership of my workload with assistance from management if needed.

Great People, Out-dated company

Management is generally helpful, and responsiveness, but their helpfulness is hindered by the "higher-up's" which makes being productive difficult in some situations. While it is great to have on-site amenities,like a gym, and cafeteria, the overall culture of the company is oppressive. Rewards go to those who give in to an out-dated corporate culture, rather then forward-thinking individuals. The best thing about Future Electronics are the people. The company itself leaves much to be desired.

Not productive enough, not fun

General workload was alright, not too heavy. The energy was good and the people friendly but the management could get messy - didn't handle the workforce well and often overlooked things.
