Future was as great place to learn and the environment was dynamic and exciting. I developped my sense of urgency and how to work effectively in a team and with different people and personalities. The work was very fast paced and employees held to strict SOP and so I was able to become more accurate with my results and faster at my work.

Warning - stay away at all cost

There are only 2 good things about this company: 1. Its proximity to residents on the West-Island 2. The best Caesar Salad hands down Everything else sucks

company out of touch with employees does not promote work life balance although company promotes profitability they choose not to reward employees for hard work

Diverse team members, strong sales goads and prizes for meeting them, loved the travel to headquarters in Montreal.

This company was a challenge to work for as very high profit margins were required to book business. It was interesting because often I would have to "sell" the opportunity to the corporate product managers for approval and then sell the products to the customers. This company had an excellent pool of sales professionals. If you couldn't move quickly you just didn't last. We had many, many training sessions (breakfast and lunch) making it easier to introduce new products to customers and help them understand the benefits of that product.
