A lot of deadweights who talk a lot but deliver nothing. Meetings with no one taking charge. Management focused only on delivery; safety and quality is a farce. Someone will have to do the work no? Yes that person is you, the technician or engineer who touches the hardware.

Only join if you're extremely passionate about lean/kaizen. Understaffed and overwork. Not worth the pay. Management is really demanding and expects wonders from their low paid subordinates. Competitive pay, market leader in workload.

Amazing colleagues but bad work culture. Overtime is a must ;not your choice for you to choose to do or not to do overtime. Senior mostly will do the easy task meanwhile they gave to junior the difficult task and when we cannot accomplished output the seniors will make noise. Favouritism also happens here but hey! Tell me something I don’t know

Good place to start with, job hierarchy flatted

Many office colleagues worked more than 20 years on office. Promotion is not easy.High volume of workloads and multiple metric of KPI to achieve at world-class standard. Annual leave is excellent for those who worked longer years of service.

A comfortable enviroment.Teamwork is a needed.Full of surprised about the urgent work.Food cheap at canteen.Short brake time.Some supervisor always looking for your fault.Everything must follow GE rules and policy.HR not really helping or siding employees.

Stressful environment. Keep emphasis output target which makes the worker feel stress. Messy roster with no proper allocation of weekend overtime. Less resting time Strict rules that limit the work from enjoy the work.
