Work is based on process requirements based on schedules.Break times are taken once task are completed especially for lunch,tea breaks and dinner.Most of the times schedules are met and completed for the day with good team work by members.Learned good cGMP,ALCOA principles,Data integrity,managing junior team members guiding and OJT. Work place culture is good,respect for each other and good team bonding. The hardest part of the job would be rushing to complete the CIP/SIP within the shift.
Subsidized meals, good health benefits.Transport provided to Malaysia.
Allowances are still the lowest for shifts and bonus.
Company are great in blaming employees which includes the management level. Everytime when there are issues arised, the first thing in mind is to blame the employee performing the task be it being the person who volunteer to work. Do more does not make you feel better and it will increase ur deviations level and impact on your yr end appraisal. Worst culture that is being created by the management
Worst culture which makes individual mentally suffer
Overall it is not a conducive or healthy work environment. There is hardly any work life balance. There is hardly any salary increment except to adjust for economy fluctuations. Wages are not competitive with the market rate. There is little or no opportunities for growth if you are not at the management levels. Colleagues are not supportive of each other. Thus, there is little teamwork.
I have been working in this company for about 6 years from laboratory to production building. Had learn new knowledge and also new people while working here. Everything is good but as a contract staff. I will want to have a stable job security.
Routine testing, friendly people. A typical day at work is carrying out testing for their products, till the day is over. Nothing much, just keep testing. Decent recreational activities and benefits!

- We have day to day routine on the job, either you'll start batch, offload batch or prepare materials to the next shift guys - I learned all the process procedure using Distributed Control System (DCS) & System Application Products (SAP)/ Manufacturing Enterprise Resource Planning System (MERPS). - Co-workers are very nice specially the seniors. They are willing to teach & guide you. - Hardest part is not pleasing everyone. - Best part of the job is doing OT for extra.
