Bus captain

Bus Captain (Current Employee) - Loyang - April 16, 2023

No work life balance, contract stated 6 days work 1 day off. But when working roster will put 7 days 1 day off, reason because to be fair for the rest to get alternate weekend off. sometimes put early Rest day but end up working 8-9 days straight. Some of my colleagues working 12 days straight. Management all ya ya papaya, furthermore managers all PR from malaysia. Mostly all. Just be mindful that you are driving, and all the passengers life is in your hands.

.typical day of work for me sunday to friday very busy repairing bus. .i learned in my company always safety first and do the work standard. .about the management all is very good for me. .workplace culture is very good. .the hardest part of job for me is when working at night shift its different in morning shift your strength is very good but at night less strength to work. .the most enjoyable part of the job is when you working as a team.

Pros

have housing and food allowance.

Cons

10 hours of work everyday.

Learned a lot about Human Resources
