Cool and fun place to work in (if you are posted to HQ)

Manager (Current Employee) - Pasir Panjang - September 23, 2021

There is no air or barrier from top management, mid level Managers and working group staffs. Even contract workers are treated as part of their own, so its really a one "Gigantic, Fun and Happening" family. Freeflow of food and drinks supplies available all the time. Everybody engages with any other divisions, very collaborative work culture. Also, they encouraged and incentivize all employees to continue upgrade and upskill, staying relevant to time.

Nice place to work and retire

Pros: Fun and chill culture. Generous bonus. Management are willing to invest in technology. Cons: A lot of scrum-buts. Non technical managers. Engaging external gov agencies is v challenging.

Good culture and understanding workplace

Good learning space for people who are just starting out in their careers, and also for families as there's flexibility in working hours. There is generally strong work-life balance, and projects are not too crazy.
