During my first 2 years with Grab, as a Customer Service Officer, we have a shifting schedule, it was 24/7 schedule. When I got transferred to Service Success Team, it is now a regular office working schedule.
If they do not improve, I don't think Grab would survive. However the food deliver seems to be good. But the Grab hitch is a failure as very few would want to be a grab hitch driver.
What is the vacation policy like at Grab? How many vacation days do you get per year at Grab?
As drivers for Grab, we are considered self-employed under Grab. We do not have any vacation leave.
