Production and fun place to work
Senior Machine Learning Engineer (Current Employee) - Singapore - October 5, 2023
Indeed featured review
The most useful review selected by Indeed1) Your team will make more impacts if managed by an experience senior manager. 2) Although, it depends from team-to-team, but there is pressure to deliver the OKR's but not much micromanagement.

Flexiable working environment
Grab driver (Current Employee) - Singapore - September 6, 2023
Over the years, jobs allocation & earnings are going downhill compare to what was before. Company should be more transparent with the jobs allocation and earnings amendment. I guess good times don't "last".

Good team members, can't say the same for the executives
Lead Software Engineer (Current Employee) - Singapore - August 27, 2023
The team members are great, I enjoy my role tremendously as I bring a lot of values to the engineers in the company. But the management has a draconian approach

Used to be good.
Team Leader (Former Employee) - one north - July 21, 2023
The company is not earning. They are finding ways to retrench loyal employees by giving multiple heavy workloads until they were unable to breathe to force them to resign on their own instead of releasing them employees by giving compensation packages. Their plan is to hire low wages employees to do the job to save cost.
Pros
Flexi benefit
Cons
Messy process. Toxic management

Grab is a great company for these fresh graduate students who barely has working expriences. The company offers a slew of training activities and the documents are quite detailed to allow the newbies to self-learn and selr-guide through the whole process.

Tiring
Delivery Rider (Former Employee) - Singapore - April 14, 2023
This job is not for long term career. Tiring and high risk as most of the time is riding on the road. Rain or shine, you have to work to hit the Incentive
Pros
Fast cash
Cons
Long hours

Delivery Driver (Current Employee) - Ang Mo Kio - March 11, 2023
