The company practices diversity in the workplace. They hired people regardless of race, gender, religion, race, age, traditions, and other attributes.
Don't have. I can work long hours if required to do so.
1.No transparency and biase in trips allocation. 2. Unfair treatment to their Grab Driver Partners 3. Warning issued without any investigation and explanation from their Driver Partners.
Cant think of any pros
Worked in the sales team during part-time and intern days: - Manager is a great supervisor and watches out for all his staff, apart from being result-oriented - No micro-management as he gives us the autonomy to work at our own pace as long as we deliver work & results withing the stipulated workframe - Generally helpful work environment. Would love to work for the company again given an opportunity in the future
Horrifying Customer Service Department. Full of internal politics biased toward men. Filed police reports against senior team lead naresh for workplace harassment. Company shows favoritism toward senior men. HR is useless. Employs binge drinkers and chain smokers who also dabble drugs to seniority level. Have taken all my complaints to MOM and TAFEP. Avoid the CE department at all costs if you are minority female. Highly corrupt company.

Is Indeed your favorite place to learn about companies?
Not a bad place to work at for a startup. Like all startups, processes are still very manual. But there have definitely been improvements. Poor management and work culture resulting in a high turnover rate.
Above average pay and good benifits.
No recognition, no advancement and growth.
Hiring growth is emphasized but mainly due to unrevealed turnover across all levels and all areas of the company. Salary and benefits are far below comparable companies with similar valuation levels. The only job advancement / development does not exist unless you believe job rotation is the only defining characteristic. Management does not provide any resource toward external training or career investment so you are on your own! Grab has also evolved from start-up to a small corporation so expect more bureaucracy across all the areas of the business. Grab also hires executives with personal connections across senior levels so transparent is also called into question as well.
Monthly Allowance Grab rides
