4 days off in a month, I learned how to socialised with different races, as a part if management I learned how to manage the man power, train and guide the staff, doing scheduling, purchasing order and communicate to the different kind of customer. the most enjoyable part in my company is we treat each other as a brother and sisters, we communicate and have unity to commit our sales target.

Friendly colleagues

Part-time Server (Current Employee) - Singapore - January 19, 2022

Working at Gyu Kaku Chijmes was a blast with friendly colleagues just that it gets REALLY busy at peak hours (especially dinner) and you can't expect to leave on time (scheduled till 11pm but occasionally can only leave at 11.30pm). Other than that, will really recommend if you don't mind the long hours.

Fun workplace

It was a very good work experience for me and the staff there were friendly and they were patient with teaching me. Luckily i am a fast learner because it gets pretty fast paced sometimes. Overall a very fun and enjoyable workplace. Typical day at work includes setting up tables, taking orders, delivering food to customers, clearing tables and closing up of shop. i learnt about how team work really helps and it has benefitted me in my poly life. hardest part of the job is when we receive many orders and sometimes the orders get mixed up without us knowing. most enjoyable part of the job is interacting with our customers.

begginning was hard for me but i was willing to learn and catch everything very fast here i learned to cook japanese food ,mixing of salads ,preparing different kinds of sauces the management here was quite strict but co-woker makes me laugh and feel good at work it was my first job where i learn time management good hygiene and communicating skills in different culture i enjoyed my job here.
