it's a great work place to entrylevel cause the management is vary clear and there are activities for interns to know each other although covid kinda make those activities less attractive.

Very competitive work environment , be ready for plug and play work expectation , must perform immediately.

Work process and decision making process is extremely complicated and multi-layered. Expected to contribute immediately upon hire. To do well - must be out spoken as professional showmanship Silent worker is not appreciated. Like any old MNC company - has a highly political and competitive work environment.

Friendly working environment

Colleagues are nice, helpful. Good collaborate within same team and cross functional team. Management is more politics than engineer level. Sometimes can travel to support production build.

manageable job.salary is average, don't expect huge increments.good work life balance, can leave on time, not much work to take home. seems like company is also expanding in singapore, more engineering jobs

Fantastic culture. People are very nice and friendly

I would recommend HP to anyone who wishes to make a career there. They offer amazing opportunities to grow as an employee and as a person. The work was varied and therefore provided good exposure. To have HP on your resume will certainly set you apart from other job applicants.

Unique workplace

Working environment here are tend to "listen" only. People are not using their eyes to "see" and zoom into details job. Even senior or lead doesn't see detail where resulted many confusion among the teams. Nobody takes initiative to lead or find solution. General talks and super high summary update is everywhere in this company , nothing specific , nothing concreate. Most of them been working more than 10 years here , they are numb and take it ....this is normal . but i think its abnormal.....

Fun workplace

Really good welfare system, good culture minimal politics. everyone are nice & friendly Bosses are nice as well. Progression is okay, pay was alright. however there is always a hiring-freeze so it is hard to get a permanent role there.

Life at HP

Find the right mentor whom will guide you for the first 3-6 months. One must possess the right learning attitude and be humble to all peers. One must have the appetite to keep learning and able to work in a fast pace environment

Fun and nice colleagues with good enviroment

HP is a nice place to learn things and built up your career. However, most of the stuffs learnt are really very HP inclined. Hard skill are hardly transferrable. Build on the soft skill.

Encouraging atmosphere with superiors support

I was quite satisfied working in this company but the company doesn't pay that well. The superiors helped me succeed and recognized my enthusiasm and efforts. My responsibilities and empowerment increased as time passed.

Productive and Knowledge-full

It has a good group event. In Internship they are oriented toward team effort and challenging tasks. It was held in Singapore where HP and NUS both held a Academic Internship program.
