Depending on the process your with and its tenure, things can be overwhelming. Good thing about HSBC is the are always looking for ways to better support you. They invest on time for learning; whether it’s an online course or a classroom training, they always have something to offer to help you grow — you just have to own your growth.

Fun workplace

The job had progression and management were good the people made the job. The customers could be difficult but there was always support if you were having a difficult day. The options of working more hours but over less days really helped me balance my life.

Como en todo, lo importante son las métricas pero a veces no se podían alcanzar porque sus mismos sistemas y procesos son muy cuadrados y no se le podía ayudar al cliente. Ofrecen buen salario y prestaciones.

Bad team culture. No proper onboarding. CO workers not supportive. Straight away they say I can't spoon feed you on the second day. And managers won't take action on that even they are in same call

Hybrid working, too many departments to work for and not so great hours.Have to work 10 hours unsociable hours.Managers keen on kpis.Weird management when taking sick days off they call you and make you feel bad

Todo va bien hasta que llega la hora de comer o están por regañar a alguien, mi jefe directo pareciera que te presiona para que te sigas equivocando, no hay tolerancia, al principio era lo más normal del mundo salir a la tienda por un chicle o salir a la hora de comer a fumarse un cigarro pero desde que auditaron la sucursal de pronto era pecado capital salir de la sucursal, y la mayoría de los compañeros parece no entender lo que es una discapacidad, ya que a pesar de mis disculpas y excusas para no poner el garrafón de agua debido a mi discapacidad, las mujeres me vieron con malos ojos por ser hombre y no poder poner un garrafón, además de que me agarraron rencor por fumar en un bar a un lado de una mujer embarazada, pero en fin, creo que empezamos con el pie izquierdo...
