Good benefits but disorganized leadership
Data Analyst (Former Employee) - Singapore - September 24, 2023
Overall very pro work life balance and decent benefits, however leadership is rather dysfunctional and haphazard leading to very disorganized operations.

Values and behaviour scorecard ironically brings out the worse kind of toxic politic culture.
Investment Analyst (Current Employee) - Singapore - June 13, 2023
Values and behaviour scorecard ironically brings out the worse kind of toxic politic culture. People are just competing to look like you’re the best but tend to forget the real work and thoughts of others.
