Too many foreigner employee in the company. Indian and China No hardest part in the job. We can learn everything while at work. Everyday we are learning about new machines in the company.

Slow start

I would say that I had a slow start to my career progression. What made Hamilton Sundstrand a nice place to stay in for at least 2 years, was the people, the colleagues which I made lots of friends even till today.

Work Life Balance

I was very very much Happy on my 3rd day of work for the support the management gave me for my second child which was born per-mature at week 28 in National University Hospital Singapore.My manager and colleges congratulated me and said to be with my wife and kid until every thing is fine.Never I have come across such a pleasant management in my career.
