There is no job security in this company. In my career this is the worst company. The management sent out me and other 4 colleauges without any compansation. In my point of view except as a MNC nothing special.

Work Life Balance

Manufacturing Engineers (Former Employee) - Changi north - August 12, 2012

I was very very much Happy on my 3rd day of work for the support the management gave me for my second child which was born per-mature at week 28 in National University Hospital Singapore.My manager and colleges congratulated me and said to be with my wife and kid until every thing is fine.Never I have come across such a pleasant management in my career.
