Fun because u get out on different stuff to do so you won’t get bored
Warehouse Worker (Former Employee) - Warrington - February 3, 2023
Decent job but they mess up your hours and days of working for example they say you can 8 hours then make you do 11 hours. you can’t buy food there or anything so you need to make sure you are prepared.
Pros
Two breaks
Cons
11 hours

Just a number!
HGV Class 1 Driver (Former Employee) - Warrington, Cheshire - February 1, 2023
When I first started I quite enjoyed the role. However due to poor management that enjoyment was soon stripped away. It became apparent that drivers were treated with utter contempt and that we were all utterly disposable. This included people that had been there a number of yrs. Avoid like the plague!!
Pros

Cons
Treated like dirt. Poor management.

Nicht zu empfehlen
Mitarbeiter (Current Employee) - Hamburg - January 29, 2023
Fehler gerne wiederholt.
Cons
Keine Entwicklungsmöglichkeit, Einstellungskriterien fragwürdig

The WORST company ever
Courier Driver (Former Employee) - Stoke-on-Trent - January 28, 2023
Please, never work for these people, stressful atmosphere, you are pushed to do jobs at your own risk. Management especially at Burslem depot awful. Rather die than work for them again. Never, never, never. And as a bonus, still owe me my holiday pay 6 months after I finished contract with them. wow
Pros

Cons
using own car, own clothes, pay for petrol, non-professional management

Very hard work for minimum wage
Warehouse Operative (Former Employee) - Warrington omega - January 11, 2023
The hardest job you'll ever do. I came crawling out of the warehouse most days. Freezing cold and dark in the back of a loose filled lorry. Supervisors have targets to meet and some shout at people to meet these, some slope of smoking while at the same time frown at you for going to the toilet, and they demand you're back bang on time after tea break, even though it can be a 10 minute round trip from the far end of the warehouse. A couple of supervisors were ok. Some have there favourites. Some are complete helmets. Security Looks like a criminal and treats everyone as pure scum. Some of the longer term staff there are nice and friendly and helpful. If i was deaperate for work I'd go back as a last resort. Some characters there. Its disappointing that the staff are unvalued there. It could be so much better but this all comes from greed at the top. Water machines were always broken when i was there. At times it can be total chaos as so many targets have to be made.

Drivers suffer for poor management
Delivery Driver (Former Employee) - Ellesmere Port - January 5, 2023
Easy to get the job and decent infill while looking for another. The company take a lot of shortcuts and don't bother with training or points of contact. Be prepared to work things out for yourself . You end up being the middle man for complaints you have no control over. Pay can be decent if you get a good round and know how to work the round in your favour on pay review. Targets are impossible when covering a round you don't know.
Pros
Flexible, no qualifications needed, regular customers make your day
Cons
Poor management and work environment

Just a number
Driver (Former Employee) - Polegate - December 28, 2022
You will be worked like a dog, or ignored. Your just a number to replace at the drop of a hat. Flexible as long as it suits their needs. Part time works out to be full time as never start on time. Some can be working into late night.
Pros
None
Cons
No negotiations. Their way or the highway.

Amazon Delivery Associate (Former Employee) - Miami, FL - December 26, 2022
What is the best part of working at the company? Awesome managers and CEO. Even when the job got tough, the company owner and managers always made you feel welcome and appreciated. What is the most stressful part about working at the company? The most stressful thing is the delivery routes given by Amazon, which could be poorly planned by Amazon's logistics. What is the work environment and culture like at the company? Welcoming and family-like. You always feel appreciated and seen. What is a typical day like for you at the company? Clock-in, stand up meeting with managers, load delivery vehicles at warehouse loading bay, drive to first stop and commence route, lunch break for 30 minutes when I choose, 2 15-minute breaks on the clock (when I choose), return to warehouse when route is done, and park vehicle, clockout

Terrible place to work
Multi Drop Delivery Driver (Current Employee) - Dundee / Riverside - December 26, 2022
Worst pl ever to work pay is ridiculous less than 50p for some parcels.Have to load in rain and snow,no help from management and your not entirely self employed as you have to set eta's which means you are having to let people know when you are coming, but when I went to school self employed meant you can do what you want when you want,it used to be 2hour ETA but now it is 1 and if you don't deliver in that time you lose any bonus you might get,if you have over 180 parcels a day you lose track of the time slot
Pros
None
Cons
Not enough pay

It was stressful.
Courier Driver (Former Employee) - Forfar - December 22, 2022
It was very difficult to find places, postcodes never took you to the right place. Pay was fine if you could get all the parcels delivered. Started at 10 and finished at 10 at night.

Bad company
HGV Driver class 2 (Former Employee) - Dundee - December 21, 2022
Working for this company was a bad idea I would strongly recommend staying away from them. No organisation more manager/ supervisor than actual worker. no one knows what is happening.left hand don't communicate with right hand. Conflicting instructions with senior personnel. Best avoided if possible.
