Bonus & Increment

In hertel have to see you were assign to which site, different site have different cultures. The bonus here not really good. increment very bad and some of the staff long time dont have any increment.

Worked in a Shell refinery ECC Recovery Project

Material & Logistics Coordinator (Former Employee) - Singapore - January 17, 2017

- Worked in the fast phase work environment with customer (Shell) support - Strict safety procedure adhered through out the period even meetings held in multiple languages to make every workers aligned - Hertel and Shell management extend their full support for all the safety and health related programs - Co-workers are supportive though little constraint faced - Multi country people worked in the site and everyone has their target to finish the job to meet the common goal. Challenges faced Communication to the employees at various site locations. - Team work leads to meet the schedule, where customer representative also aggressive to meet the deadline. Worked with multiracial multi country people is good to understand their culture.
