CEO and top management are in a mess, doesn't know what they want to do, no direction, no structure, ad-hoc meetings as they like, never provide what you need for work. Changes their ideas as and when. Keep dreaming about being the number 1 app in Singapore with a lousy leadership and team management...

Company’s management messed up till today, HR manager abuses power handed out to her, make staff work 12 hours and expect staff to report to work on time next day, never reads whatsapp and just assumes a bunch . The boss typically is fed whatever information handed to him by the HR manager . The food delivery is a mess, adhoc jobs are abundant but jobs are tiring and no one wants to work, endless posts of recruitment, almost every staff there job description is pretty messed up and forced to multi-task, high turnover rate because of poor management and existing staff, company phone lines constantly harassed by overseas callers, no work life balance due to unnecessary work and help is never reciprocated there . Yea this is 2021 and its still happening and the company is surviving despite all the problems which makes zero sense .

CEO has bad decision making capabilities and top management expect too much for too little salary

The company CEO is trying to do too many things at once and has neglected his original core business practice or the main objective of the company.Not productive and I foresee the company not growing in the future if he continues his meaningless pursuit t rival big companies from different industries.Management is also too disorganised with bad hiring practices, explaining the high turnover ratePeople who suffer are the lower management staffs.

The department I am currently working at is always very considerate and team-oriented. The company itself always strive for improvements and providing more benefits to the employees. I can't say that the Company is perfect but there is always room for improvement in every Company and I do see the potential in this company.
