Basic housekeeping duties include vacuuming, dusting, mopping, surface cleaning and kitchen and bathroom details, making sure all assigned areas of the home are clean, neat and tidy. When you hire a housekeeper, you should specify what you expect early on in the interview process.

its an experience to be in customer service for the first time, i had learn alot things as this in my first time in hotel industry

- Basically doing check-in and check-out of guest,handling booking reservation,attending to guest needs - what learn is customer service as good customer service makes guest feel greatfull and wants to come back and stay with us - management wise theres a bit of bias but everywhere in a company thers always this problem - some co-workers i met are not selfish to share their knowledge regarding working wise - the hardest part of the job is handling guest which is very paticular in things and we will try our best to give them what they needed - meeting new people and laerning new things in life
