Previously strong management team
The organisation used to have a very strong management team, being the back bone of the hotel after the take over from the previous owners. A very systematic place to be at and a place built on values.

Proper Management of Time, Money, Work life, job culture
As like the other Trainee I follow my Duties & Responsibility, I have been learned making of guest room and Housekeeping guest service like ex. make room on call provide amenities for on floor guest, team work etc. As a Trainee which comes at last in HK Hierarchy but the the seniors in the management treat like the staff and care as the same With friendly Nature & helping nature the culture is very positive and motivate in the department. only heavy check out & same day many staff on leave is only hardest part of workplace but even in that the seniors motivate & help to overcome the hardest part All the staff are treated equally , working together respecting each other and helping each other in problem is best part in hotel
