Productive and well taken care of

I have learned to be an emphatic person towards the low income families. Also given chance to attend to residents from all walks of life and provide them the services with care, attentive and understanding.

Work Environment

-fast paced environment -requires teamwork -handling difficult customers -lifelong learning journey -understanding different customer's behaviours and body language -almost everything is now via E-services

Stable job but not much work life balance.

Fast pace and challenging. Much contact with the public and many rules and regulations. But the colleagues are great and much camaderie. Management expects you to take on the challenge and you need to have a lot initiatives to tackle the jobs given to you. Definitely I met a lot of people in my course of my work in the number of thousands.

work culture

Hardest Part was to adjust to the old-style micromanagement kind of work culture. Contract workers take up responsibilities of application development here.

Pros

Fixed office timings for contract employees.
