Long Hours
Draftsperson (Former Employee) - Singapore - April 18, 2023
Long hours of work..Typically monday thru saturday..others have Sundays too depending on the project..The reason you will stay is because colleagues are nice..Very little salary increase so you better ask for a big salary when you join because that will be your salary for the time you’re in the company

Not fun workplace
Site Driver (Former Employee) - Changi - July 11, 2022
Good luck working poor management runs by foreigners. You will not have a proper rest days or family time. You gotta work 24/7 depending on which post you are in. There's no Union to help you if you have problems with work.

Faeces like excrement
Survey Manager / Resident Surveyor (Former Employee) - Singapore - December 20, 2019
They should stick with cars and ships. They have idiots at management and monkeys. And they are crooked to the core. Spend their time(not all) at karaoke pubs chasing skirts, instead of making a work and life balance.

Stressful work environment
Planning Engineer (Former Employee) - Tuas - November 19, 2019
Its all about work work work nothing else. No work life balance. The culture over there follows the Korean work culture, very rigid and full of biasness. Aside from all the stress, i still get to learn professional work skills from this MNC which i dont think i can learn from other companies. This shows why Hyundai is one of the top companies in the world

Public Relations Officer (Former Employee) - tuas south ave 16 - August 14, 2019
It is a Korean Company, which is a typical conservative style of work ethics. Theirs is rooted in rankings and the higher your rank, the more respect is given. Communication is sometimes a problem and need be communicated slowly.

Great company to work with. I was fortunate to be included in an awesome team. Cultural diversity is not a problem. Management respect employees and assist them as much as they can.
