Long hours of work..Typically monday thru saturday..others have Sundays too depending on the project..The reason you will stay is because colleagues are nice..Very little salary increase so you better ask for a big salary when you join because that will be your salary for the time you’re in the company

Fun workplace. Problem is you have to work long hours. Salary is great though but no benefits or bonuses. If you work hard, they will keep you forever.

I had a good time working in that place as it was fun to talk to my coworkers. The working hours was long but it was OK for me to feed my family and pay for their fees. It would be better if salary is slightly higher too.
