Majority of my ex-colleagues are very helpful and cheerful , Honestly , I was very fortunate and I truly missed my ex-colleagues at IBM.

Time passes by very quickly when you have lots of work task to accomplish during your typical day at work.Everyday , I always believe that I kept learning new knowledge & technical stuff from my senior Engineer The most enjoyable part of the part was when you had completed your difficult work task given by your senior Engineer.The hardest part of the job is when you can't complete your work task when given a specific time-line by your senior Engineer.I was very excited to cope & get along well with all my colleagues at my workplace in terms of the workplace culture.The management staffs are very helpful & friendly.However , they will just sit down beside you & listen to your feedback or comments from you , regarding about workload issue or whenever there is any work task that you had encountered difficulties during your on job training and the management will eventually step in and to settle it if there is an unresolve arguments or conflict between among colleagues at your workplace.

Staff Canteen & Vending Machine, You can even watched local dramas & english premier league football matches in the REST ROOM.

House of Cards

Toxic culture, does not care about their employees. You are just a headcount they want to get rid of but refuse to pay you for retrenchment, so management will try to manage you out by playing games with you. Heartless and cold.

Average working condition and pay

Salary can be low if you don’t negotiate with the HR, so always negotiate for a higher one. Salary increment is also quite low for contract workers, need to give 2 months notice before resigning.

Extremely busy

Sound like a prestige company but many work processes. Daily work involves a lot of meeting which take up a lot of time, left you limited time to do your ground work. Work load progressively added w/o knowing. Definitely no work life balance

Lot to learn things but lot of work

Deployed as site engineer in one of the client. You will be the face of IBM to the very demanding client. You will learn a lot but prefer for busy hands on work on site. On call 24/7 anytime of the night you might go to site for troubleshooting.

Management politics at manufacturing sector

Most manager doesn’t have much to do but some favouritism in this sector. Seems like Manufacturing sectors were more scared of bossesand highly political . Too many managers than employees.
