Can only work for the view at MBS. Poor work culture. No staff welfare. No staff benefits. No proper rest place. Overworked and underpaid. Hard to clear leave No staffs to replace.

Club Operations Manager (Former Employee) - Singapore - December 3, 2017

Working in a high volume outlet without putting your guards down. The day would start like as the followings below but not limited to: - A run through of the entire place to ensure all in order. Equipment, fixtures and furniture in top condition (rectify immediately or report as necessary). - Planning the day's staffs station breakdown, taking into consideration staff strengths and weaknesses, newer or senior staffs, table bookings allocation, requirement and weather condition, - - Staff briefing to discuss on the day's goal and target, new product training (if any), remind on what was not done and improve on what was not done good enough previously, keeping morale and spirit high. - Execute events if any. Take note of all bookings and specific VIPs or high profile guests. - Running the operation: ensuring kitchen and bar dispense F&B on a timely manner, according to standards and promptly served. Staffs are working well, cheerful and up to speed. To be sensitive on overall ambience that includes music type and volume level, brightness, cleanliness, guests comfort, safety and behaviour. To give a helping hand to those in need especially during busy peak hours.To troubleshoot problems (if any) in a calm and most appropriate way. To deal with feedback and complains (if any) with having the opportunity to improve in mind. To ensure 101% guest satisfactory and have conversations with guests from time to time, to create a rapport and relationship. - To ensure outlet is properly house-kept before day ends.
