Too many processes, most of the time doing administrative work than IT related issues. Also depends on team, you may be face different kinds of situation

Required to stand by 24/7 as you are dealing with hospitals and clinics Too many processes to follow and can be inefficient at times Salary is not so competitive

Productive and good place to work

Good place to work , Scope for learning is more. Timings are good enough to manage between personal and work life. Interaction between different teams helped in communcation skills.
