New joiner so can't review much. So far RO is good and so is the team. Hybrid work arrangement and good annual leave. Better pay compared to my previous company

I think it really depends on what projects and ROs that you get. My current project is interesting, however my RO is not good. You really have to work independently to be here.

Its a great working experience in health system line. Learn on project management of the IT Systems. Have many events to enjoy with fellow colleagues.

Stable job. Lengthy administrative process to get thing done. Processes are new and are different between different agencies and hospitals. Not much guidance on the processes for new hire. Could end out stressful for new hire. Would be good if something can be done to improve the overall experiences. Require to travel around frequently.
