Fast-pace with meaningful reason to serve and give

Heavy workload and not really meant for those who want work-life balance though management emphasize it. Only motivation factor is that we are providing a good IT service to the healthcare professionals so that they can make use of technology to help doctors make better and accurate diagnosis so that the patients will all get better faster. Work culture depends on which department,team you are assign to. Sometimes too many red tape that is stopping IT from doing what they are suppose to.

Fun workplace so far

Senior Systems Analyst (Current Employee) - Serangoon - August 12, 2023

New joiner so can't review much. So far RO is good and so is the team. Hybrid work arrangement and good annual leave. Better pay compared to my previous company
