Working in Jurong Island locate in PAC is a good experience overall. I have a good balance work yet stress at the same time but it worth working there. If there any admin job I would like to work again over there.

Bad when comes to OT and culture Turing worst

Is bad when comes to allocating of Overtime among technician, shift team leader basically scheduled their own favoritism if you're not their blue eyed boy basically no OT throughout whole year unless no one willing cover the shift you're the last resort even you had taken up all the unit in plant which is total of 8 units, but certain technician who only take up 2 unit still gets more overtime the unfairness is very bad.Management is pressing hard on technician and slowly follow ExxonMobil culture Thing has chnage in recent years benefits and culture is so much different when I was joined. Think twice come in as technician unless you ok take basic home every month and press hard by management.

Nice workplace

Although i only work for 5 months as a intern, but my supervisor give me a good change to work at sales department, and explore also to manufacturing as a process engineer. Nice experience and good colleague.
