Infosys work culture depends on your project and manager because u r working more under project and nothing to do with overall culture of the company.Don't expect much and stay happy in whatever you are getting.

What is the best part of working at the company?The pay better than a Chinese owned company.What is the most stressful part about working at the company?Working with customer Singtel, their IT resources provided is inefficient.What is the work environment and culture like at the company?They try to be "Silicon valley" like company but failed badly at it as they are Indian sand still practice caste system. Can't be very open.What is a typical day like for you at the company?Arrived at customer site, at times takes 1 hour for system to get llogged in. Singtel is a cheapsk8 company wo doesnt want to invest in good infra.Then emails, meetings and reports.

Good training provided, but progression slow

Its good that Infosys provide training to all fresh grad, but after that on bench for very long. no progression. Good for people who do not have a CS back ground that want to change into CS industry. they take in fresh grad from all field.
