Worked there for almost 2 years as a part timer, met some of the sweetest people there. The ones that are working in the physical stores are the friendliest, and honestly one of the nicest people I have met. But there are definitely some that are out to get you. (As it is with every workplace) Pay wise it’s meh, nothing amazing to be honest so don’t expect too much. Also I was schooling while working part time and they did allow me the flexibility to choose my timings so that’s a plus. However do remember to be upfront and honest with them if you’re unable to work as much!

Management is a bit unstable.

Good workplace

Retail job which is doable if you have a keen interest in beauty. Collaborative effort is required for this position. Good place to start as a part-timer.

Exciting and ever-changing experience

Frontline customer service sales folks can never have too much of a change in their everyday lives as they sell the same products over and over. However, at Innisfree, I was taught to think about the different ways I can sell the same product to customers with differing attitude and needs. This was the challenging part but I am glad I have been through it well.

Good employee welfare

GM took the time and initiative to listen to each and everyone's concern in the job and try to improve employee welfare. There is also monthly trainings for us to improve on our product knowledge and customer service skills
