It really much depends on which team you are in and who your manager is. Some team can knock off on time every day but some working extra hours even during weekends / PH.

Healthcare is especially important in these times. Working here can provide good job security and benefits for those with family. But there is too much work, expected to be on-call 24/7 and on weekends. No regard for work hours. Approvals in the company are very slow.

There have been several hundred new joiners over the past 2 years to ramp up for big projects. When you couple this with fairly high turnover, it leaves you with an impressive skill/knowledge gap. The on boarding process leaves a lot to be desired, but management acknowledges this short coming and is trying to address it
