Overall a Good Experience as a contractor

Pros: As an Integration Contract Engineer I was responsible for delivering a Full Test Chip and a Subsystem. Integration comes with its own challenges of collaborating with various module owners to understand what the IP interfaces are and also involves challenges of putting all these modules together to get them working at the SoC level. Cons: This job is very demanding as you need to balance alot of parties. Push alot of people to deliver so that you can deliver on time. Things would often get out of control putting one through lot of pressure. Often pushing you to stretch for long hours.
