Just no respect no communication just low pay and a lot of work they set you up for failure even if you are a good worker. Jobs like this are everywhere if you have kids do not work here or a life

What is the best part of working at the company?The pay is high and bonuses including 401K.What is the most stressful part about working at the company?Continuous phone calls and numerous questions to answer besides taxes.What is the work environment and culture like at the company?Virtual work from home. Most co-workers helpful, some not so.What is a typical day like for you at the company?4 hour shifts at a time, maybe more than one a day. Rollover phone calls, chats, one on one help with caller. Daily meetings and "pep" talks. Competitive goals.Sometimes difficult to get away from in coming phone calls.

Company focus was more software development and the support organisation lacks the visibility. Singapore office is a small organisation. Limited career advancement opportunities.
