Unwelcoming and closed culture
Consultant (Former Employee) - Singapore - January 21, 2021
Terrible work culture. Managers are very unprofessional and do little to make a new team member feel welcome. Cut throat and competitive. Complete lack of transparency. HR is busy with cheese and wine events while real issues of employee dissatisfaction are brushed under the carpet. In fact there is zero redressal of employ grievances. High rate of attrition because they attract you with higher than average salary. Once in the system you realise how bad it is from the inside.
Pros
Higher than average salary
Cons
Bad managers

Work life balance and compensation/benefits
Strategic Site Intelligence Specialist (Current Employee) - Home - June 2, 2020
Depend of your department/position we have either too much work which hurt our work life balance or almost nothing which make us feel unproductive
IQVIA doesnt' offer a fair salary rate and the yearly increase merit is very low ( sometimes less than 2%) and the bonus is good too. I think upper management earn great salary (too much!!!) - salary inequality is very high!

Cut throat and political Singapore environment
Assoc Consultant (Former Employee) - Singapore City Hall - March 15, 2018
Political environment where you are sidelined and may even find yourself jobless if your manager doesn't gel well with the management. Managers may take your credits as their own. Very high targets to meet resulting in firing own team members when targets are not met. Political environment where information gained is siloed and not shared to ensure one team performs better than the other. Being admin staff is good. Being a consultant or analyst or associate here is horrible at 16 Hr workdays. Do not join unless you are willing to risk stability.

Cons
Long hours, money driven management, lack of mutual human respect, siloed teams
