Workplace is ok but workload is stressful.Assistant Contract Manager and The Operation Executive likes to make their own rules and regulation and likes to interfere with staff personal matters.Always bad judging staffs if one is on MC.

I like to work with ISS because there are good salary and also not long working time.Most of the stuff are too king and good communicate each other.I’m happy to working with them.

Poorly manage

ISS is run by unqualified staff specially those who are managing the portering dept.in the hospital. I Was working in the hospital fir 3 .5 years, The staff are over worked .less compensation.

Being a part time porter there, seen most of the nurses are caring. At times is stressful to be attached to patients especially those in need.Where by for us just take one task at a time till dismiss not a big deal. I am not sure the salary of the full timer but base on my wage to calculate and the cost of living 2.5K to met putting food on the table and care for loved ones is all about.

The salary is very low. The increment is pathetic. The work is a lot and the expectation is high. Turn over rate is very high. If you are looking for a stable job look for somewhere else.

They will ask you to ot,ot,and ot,They will say they not enough staff,and you will have to do 2-3 person's job at one time,Supervisor don't know how to manage people and practice favouritism between staff,Supervisor even will spread bad mouth about their own staff,

Sometimes free lunch, high basic salary, job specialization, and sometimes you will meet nice and friendly people here.

Long hours if ot, work up to 13 hours per day if ot, Easily get body pain if in housekeeping area, Toxic environment but not broad, still have some good people

If you want to work using your Degree then I suggest this cleaner job but bear in mind no AWS or other benefits. This company no career or professional growth. Different management on every job site. High turnover. Just go ahead if you want experience.
