Great company benefits
I worked for JPMorgan for a decade. It has great benefits and great training to its employees. The company procedures are very straight forward. Since the pandemic started, the shift times have been very flexible.

Nice work culture but bad hours and pay

People are great, competent, things get done and you can learn a lot of best practices here. Excellent senior management. However pay is very poor (40-50% below market if you stay there a while), and work life balance is poor 60+ hours a week plus mandatory days in the office.

Overall fun
It was challenging at first. But as you ease into it, it becomes more manageable. The managers sometimes do not listen, but buying them coffee seems to work. Overall, would recommend.

Great place
Good place to be. Management always receptive to feedbacks. Always engage the ground to understand the difficulties and constraints faced. Nothing to complain about.
