CM vertical should be completely checked by all higher officials, right now the complete team feels it is a unethical place to work in because of the leader.
Leadership skill, leader in the same account should have job rotate every 5 years to be out of the comfort zone in order to think out of the box.

HR manager should be in place for those account more than 15 persons to manage internal conflict that is out of view from HQBest aproch for customers and staff's.
