A maintenance job

At the location I was at and being a subcontractor for a bigger company didn't help. We had no real HR on-site. Everything was online for us. JLL had no input.

Pros

Good matching 401k, paid uniforms and boots. Flexibility

Expensive health care.

Good benefits

Good benefits but low pay, work environment is good but alot of politics. Alot of management and not enough workers. They do provide tools. They do track your every move .
