Good place to work. Good culture but can be political.

A well diversified company with 3 business units. Pharma, medical device and Consumer health. Fast paced, stressful and competitive. As all companies it has many good people but few bad apples too.

Excellent company which I will work for again

Strong work culture in J&J focusing on work life balance, wellness and diversity. I enjoyed my time there, exposed to many colleagues and made many friends for life. I will work for J&J if there's a future opportunity.
