If is a world wide MNC company and doing many kinds of jobs. PMG department is doing project management of BMS & ELV services. BMS & ELV services of Ng Teng Fong General Hospital, JEM Shopping Mall, Mandai Depot, Seng Kang General Hospital are done by it.
The job required a 99% client-based assignment where inherited backlogs and high turnover of team were ones of the many challenges that this company faced. Not only by me but by past employees. Nevertheless, I managed to stabilize and worked on to the best of my capacity. And was given a promotion after 3 months. But I was retrenched later on when the company was sold to CBRE.

In charge of office and laboratory space in Biopolis.
Managed the instruments, liase with vendors should there be any fault with it.
Manage fire safety equipment, safety of the vendors while working at site.
Coordinate works with vendors with regards to preventive maintenance, service and repair jobs and renovation.
Working very hard to meet monthly deadline submission, 10 years of experience in payroll administration, liase with HR Shared Services an payroll vendor in daily operations work. Have learned and mastered the HRIS (People Soft) system and Orisoft system. In general, all dept staff are cooperative and supportive to make me staying in the company for serving 25 years.
