Overall good for fresh graduates to learn.

Kajima is a Japanese company and previously fully managed by Japanese bosses. Nowadays there were a few local staffs in management rolls and a lot of benefits are cut down. Kajima will take all fast track projects and challenging projects which are not performed by local contractors. Therefore it’s good for fresh graduates to lean all the CSA works and coordination of M&E works too.

Fun workplace

Very different from normal working environment. We work in containers. Very rugged culture. The hardest part is moving the office frequently. The enjoyable part this is the friendly environment.
