Very bad experiences,

Salary very very low, engineers have too much unnecessary duties, make headaches, management very free, like to catch people who not following timing lunch.

A different kind of work ethics. Stricter and more stern environment but my supervisor is nice. Love working in the shipyard although environment is ait choactic
