It’s the same department colleagues that allow the workplace workable otherwise the load and issue of the departments that causes this place unworkable Lack of equipment even scans and labs that long time and nurses can be quite overwhelmed with the load of patients

Good workplace culture

Colleagues and doctors in our department are great to work with. Everyone are treated equal. Down side is, there’s slow career progression in our department if you’re starting as health assistant or assistant nurse. That’s why I left. Overall, I had a great time working there.

Place or work good management is bad

Private is better then ktph. The place is good to work the environment. The management is meh... create their own rules to make staff boring. Treat staff like kindergarten. Usually we heard nurses are toxic but PSA are the worse dept to work at. SOC is better no rules created. Working in wards are nonsense people. Good infront bad stay behind.
