- sometimes communicate with site employees is quite challenging but still able to manage well. - my communication skill has been improved due to liase with site employees, workers and some other party on daily basis.

The Work Culture is not healthy

The Work Culture is not good. No managerial knowledge can be learnt in Kimly. The turning over is high. No bonding between personnel. No team work and everybody works for their own benefit. The Manager is the worst
