Fun working environment

Colleagues were helpful and good leadership from the supervisor. Practice teamwork. Workplace culture was ok. Friendly staff and easy to get along. Overall it is a good place for beginners to learn.

Opportunities to learn, fun and forgiving culture, prioritized work life balance.

Personally, I feel that KWE is a great place to venture to as many opportunities are given to learn and shine. People here are willing to teach and share knowledge with and generally a forgiving culture. KWE managements takes our feedback seriously and tries to implement changes to their best ability. All in all, very fulfilling and purposeful.

Organisation is in transition and offloading of employees is like free flow, management is horrible and there's no work culture in this company, especially for the blue collared worker.
