It differs site by site, I do have nice colleagues who help and support each other whenever needed. They are friendly and most of them are willing to help if you have any problems.

Lack of progress and poor leadership. Lack of benefit to retain staff. Company need to hire experienced staff to guide instead of looking at the qualifications.

Festival season are a lot of fun and enjoyment. There are many opportunities for cost saving projects to lead. Standard of living is high and expectation moves up the ladder over time. Attitude of a Unprofessional Company

Every company is a good company to work with. I believe Knight Frank is too agressive in dealing with staffs. They cover up many unscrupulous issues which undermine the credibility of the company. The attitude of the company is you must be absolutely perfect but if you make a mistake in any area of your work you will receive an automatic termination that is how the company works. Later inorder to get rid of you the company quietly persuade you to resign on your own accord so that it will not take the blame for such a ruthless act. Many employees have suffered like this. If u interview all the employees that left Knight Frank surely there are many stories of misery to tell only the staff who left the company will know how they suffered under a regimental group of unreasonable people.

Stepping stone to human management

Day starts, 9am to 6pm. Morning briefing at 10am will all service providers such as security, cleaners and gardeners. Followed by reading and replying emails. Handled outstanding issues, if any. Second half of the day will begins wit site walk and look out for abmormalities or defects. Almost five years handling estate matters, I learnt to handle human beings with patience, care, smile, honesty,intergrity emphaty and most important with eq. Hardest part of the job when residents difficult to accept what is written in the house rules. The most enjoyable would be of course to see the smiles of all the workers who have serve the estate as long as I do.

Draggy monthly council meeting. Usually stretched till midnight.
